Description
Enjoy perfectly fluffy baked potatoes with a crispy skin, made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
4 medium-sized russet potatoes
Olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits, Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Wash the russet potatoes under cold running water and pat them dry.
- Use a fork to poke several holes in each potato.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for approximately 35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from the air fryer, let sit for a few minutes, cut open, fluff insides and add toppings.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking. Cool potatoes completely before storing them.
