Instructions
- Prepare the Carrots: Rinse and peel the carrots, then slice them thinly into rounds or sticks, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Season the Carrots: Toss the sliced carrots in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
- Air Fry the Carrots: Spread the seasoned carrot slices in a single layer in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
