- 1 lb Boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, let the chicken bites rest for a minute before serving. Drizzle with extra lemon juice or garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
