Description

A creamy and indulgent dessert featuring Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for impressing guests at any occasion.


Ingredients

1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons gelatin

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons cold water


Instructions

  1. Soften the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved and the cream is warm.
  3. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix well.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pouring jug.
  6. Pour into individual serving cups or molds.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
