1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons gelatin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Soften the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved and the cream is warm.
- Stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix well.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pouring jug.
- Pour into individual serving cups or molds.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
