Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the salmon: Remove skin and finely chop or pulse in a food processor until coarsely ground but not pureed.
  • Mix the meatball ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, egg, lemon zest, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until evenly incorporated.
