Description

A playful and easy alternative to traditional pie, these Blueberry Pie Bombs are packed with juicy blueberries and feature a flaky, golden-brown exterior.


Ingredients

2 cups Fresh Blueberries

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 cup Butter, chilled

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and cut into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Slowly add milk, stirring until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  5. Dust work surface with flour, turn out dough, and knead gently.
  6. Divide dough into small balls, flatten each, and spoon blueberries into the center.
  7. Seal the edges of dough around blueberries and place on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool before serving.
