2 cups Fresh Blueberries
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, chilled
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add chilled butter and cut into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Slowly add milk, stirring until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Dust work surface with flour, turn out dough, and knead gently.
- Divide dough into small balls, flatten each, and spoon blueberries into the center.
- Seal the edges of dough around blueberries and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream.
