1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar

1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing well.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the sugars and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
