Instructions
- Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until creamy.
- Add bubblegum flavoring and food coloring, mixing thoroughly for an even color.
- Gently fold in sprinkles if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish, spreading evenly and pressing lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until set, then cut into squares or rectangles.
