1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries

1/2 cup Oats (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg until well combined.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Drop mounds of dough onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
