Instructions

  3. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded dollops of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centers remain soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
