Ingredients

1 lb Ground Chicken
1 Onion, finely minced
3 cloves Garlic, freshly minced
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dried Dill
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- With slightly wet hands, shape the mixture into elongated oval patties or skewers, about 2-3 inches long.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat or preheat your grill, lightly greasing the surface.
- Cook the shaped kofta for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill, adding a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
- Plate the kofta warm and drizzle with the creamy garlic yogurt sauce. Serve and enjoy!
