Ingredients

1 lb Ground Chicken

1 Onion, finely minced

3 cloves Garlic, freshly minced

1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Paprika

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 cup Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Dried Dill


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. With slightly wet hands, shape the mixture into elongated oval patties or skewers, about 2-3 inches long.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat or preheat your grill, lightly greasing the surface.
  4. Cook the shaped kofta for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill, adding a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  6. Plate the kofta warm and drizzle with the creamy garlic yogurt sauce. Serve and enjoy!
