Ingredients

8 oz Dark Chocolate
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until silky smooth.
- Lightly coat a silicone heart-shaped mold with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into each heart cavity and chill for about 10 minutes to set.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate shell.
- Top with more melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter filling completely.
- Chill again for at least 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Gently pop the hearts out of the mold and serve.
