Description

Delightful heart-shaped chocolates combining rich dark chocolate and creamy peanut butter, perfect for Valentine’s Day gifts.


Ingredients

8 oz Dark Chocolate

1 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

A pinch of Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until silky smooth.
  2. Lightly coat a silicone heart-shaped mold with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into each heart cavity and chill for about 10 minutes to set.
  4. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate shell.
  6. Top with more melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter filling completely.
  7. Chill again for at least 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  8. Gently pop the hearts out of the mold and serve.

Notes
