Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  5. Fold in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and crushed pretzels.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute eggs with flax eggs and butter with coconut oil.
