- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and crushed pretzels.
- Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute eggs with flax eggs and butter with coconut oil.
