Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese or Neufchâtel cheese
  • 1 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Fig Jam or Apricot Jam
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (rosemary, thyme, or basil)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, fig jam, garlic powder, chopped herbs, and salt and pepper until well-combined.
  4. Fold in the cranberries and pistachios gently.
  5. Shape the mixture into a log using plastic wrap.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Remove from wrap and roll in extra chopped pistachios.
  8. Slice into rounds and serve with crackers or fresh fruit.
