Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and cornstarch until thickened.
- Add salt and spices, and mix thoroughly.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet, shaping into thin rounds.
- Lightly coat each chip with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let chips cool on a wire rack.
