Description
This crispy garlic air fryer broccoli is the ultimate healthy snack or side dish! Quick, easy, and full of flavor, the broccoli gets golden brown and crunchy in just 10 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, family meals, or guilt-free snacking.
Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Prep the broccoli: Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets. Cut into even pieces so they cook evenly.
Season: In a mixing bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well coated.
Preheat air fryer: Heat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Cook: Place broccoli in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until broccoli edges are golden and crispy.
Serve: Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle parmesan cheese right after cooking.
To reheat leftovers, return broccoli to the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
Best enjoyed fresh—freezing is not recommended.
