Description

A refreshing and nutritious cucumber snack bowl perfect for healthy snacking.


Ingredients

Scale

2 Cucumbers, sliced

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Fresh Herbs (dill or mint), chopped

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Salt & Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and slice them crosswise into thick rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well blended.
  3. Lay the cucumber slices out on a serving platter. Dollop the creamy yogurt mixture onto each cucumber round.
  4. Sprinkle freshly chopped herbs over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

Store yogurt mixture and cucumbers separately if preparing in advance.
