Ingredients

2 Cucumbers, sliced
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Fresh Herbs (dill or mint), chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers and slice them crosswise into thick rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well blended.
- Lay the cucumber slices out on a serving platter. Dollop the creamy yogurt mixture onto each cucumber round.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped herbs over the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Store yogurt mixture and cucumbers separately if preparing in advance.
