A vibrant salsa combining sweet peaches and tart cherries, perfect for enhancing summer BBQs or casual gatherings.
Ingredients

2 Fresh Peaches, diced
1 cup Sweet Cherries, pitted and quartered
1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
1 Jalapeño, finely chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Wash and pit the cherries, chop into quarters. Peel and dice the peaches.
- Peel and finely chop the red onion.
- Remove stem from the jalapeño, cut in half, remove seeds, and finely chop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, cherries, red onion, and jalapeño. Toss gently.
- Squeeze lime juice over mixture and fold in cilantro. Stir gently to combine.
- Add a pinch of salt, taste, and adjust seasoning as necessary. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
This salsa is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
