2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 slices thick-cut bread
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Prepare strawberries by washing, hulling, and slicing them into bite-sized pieces. Consider adding a tablespoon of sugar to enhance sweetness.
- Blend cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon until fully combined.
- Spread cheesecake filling on one slice of bread, layer with sliced strawberries, and top with another bread slice. Repeat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a shallow bowl to create the batter.
- Heat enough oil in a skillet to cover about 1/4 inch of the bottom over medium heat.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg-milk mixture, coating evenly, and fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
