1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Mixed Nuts, chopped
1/3 cup Dried Fruits, chopped
3 tablespoons Honey
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until blended.
- Add honey and water (or almond milk) to the dry mixture and stir until the dough begins to form.
- Gently fold in the mixed nuts and dried fruits.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
- Place cut crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to keep fresh for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
