Savor rich garlic butter ramen noodles with easy steps for ultimate flavor Quick creamy and savory noodles perfect for a tasty meal anytime
Ingredients
Scale
1 pack ramen noodles (classic instant ramen or fresh/dried noodles)
2 to 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
1–2 green onions/scallions, sliced
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and cook ramen noodles per package directions, usually 2-3 minutes until tender but still springy. Drain and set aside, leaving a small bit of the cooking water for later.
In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat until it starts to foam slightly.
Add the minced garlic and sauté gently for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden but not burnt.
Toss in the cooked noodles and stir to coat each strand in garlic butter. If dry, add a tablespoon of reserved noodle water to loosen the sauce.
Pour soy sauce evenly over noodles and stir well to combine.
Add sliced green onions, chili flakes if using, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and heat through.
