1 pound Ground Beef (80/20)
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pound Refrigerated Pizza Dough
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Olive Oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan and Cheddar until melted.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into squares.
- Place about a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square, fold over and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the bombs seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush each with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Avoid overstuffing and ensure seals are tight to prevent bursting while baking.
