Ingredients
Fresh Corn on the Cob
Garlic, minced
Butter (or olive oil)
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prep the Corn: Remove husks and silk from corn, rinse, and pat dry.
- Boil or Grill the Corn: Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes or grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture: Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Cheese and Seasoning: Stir in grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the Corn: Brush the garlic butter mixture over the cooked corn.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute butter with olive oil, and for a dairy-free variant, use nutritional yeast instead of parmesan.
