  • 3/4 cup fresh cranberries

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on your countertop.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and then add in the melted butter, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in the fresh cranberries.
  8. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Prepare glaze and drizzle it over the loaf once cool.
