Instructions
- Prepare Your Pizza Dough: Preheat your oven to its highest setting, usually around 475-500°F. Roll out homemade dough or follow package instructions for store-bought.
- Add the Goat Cheese: Crumble or spread the goat cheese evenly over the pizza dough.
- Layer On the Soppressata: Distribute the soppressata slices over the goat cheese.
- Drizzle with Olive Oil: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the assembled pizza.
- Bake: Transfer the pizza to your preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Add the Calabrian Chile Hot Honey: Drizzle the hot honey over the pizza once it’s out of the oven.
- Garnish with Fresh Basil: Finish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
