Gel food coloring

- Make the meringue by beating egg whites until frothy, gradually adding granulated sugar until stiff peaks form (5-7 minutes).
- Sift together almond flour and powdered sugar, then fold into the meringue gently.
- Add food coloring and flavor extracts, folding until the batter flows like a ribbon.
