Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a standard cupcake tray with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Gradually add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in the cream cheese until fully integrated.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
