1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients and gather necessary tools.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined, adjusting with milk if too dry.
- Scoop out a tablespoon and roll into balls, placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Coat each truffle ball in melted chocolate, then roll in coconut flakes.
