1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients and gather necessary tools.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  4. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined, adjusting with milk if too dry.
  5. Scoop out a tablespoon and roll into balls, placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
