Ingredients

1 cup Kalamata Olives
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Rinse Kalamata olives under cold water and pat dry.
- In a food processor, combine Kalamata olives, cream cheese, and minced garlic; pulse until smooth with some texture.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice to emulsify.
- Stop the processor, add parsley and dill; season with salt and pepper, and blend until just combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Use avocado oil for a more neutral taste.
