Ingredients

1 cup Kalamata Olives

8 oz Cream Cheese

2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Rinse Kalamata olives under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a food processor, combine Kalamata olives, cream cheese, and minced garlic; pulse until smooth with some texture.
  3. With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice to emulsify.
  4. Stop the processor, add parsley and dill; season with salt and pepper, and blend until just combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Use avocado oil for a more neutral taste.
