Description

Ingredients

4 Chicken Thighs

2 Fresh Limes (juiced)

3 Cloves Garlic (minced)

2 tbsp Honey

3 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Chili Flakes


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, cilantro, and chili flakes.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or bowl, pour the marinade over, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill or Oven: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the Chicken: Grill for 5-7 minutes per side or bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving whole.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with rice, in tacos, or on salad bowls.
