Ingredients

1 cup marinated mozzarella balls
1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
1 cup mixed black and green olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or oregano), chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest. Whisk gently until well-blended.
- Add marinated mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives to the bowl and gently fold together.
- Chop selected fresh herbs and mix them into the bowl.
- Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving platter and garnish before serving.
