Description

Ingredients

1 cup marinated mozzarella balls

1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)

1 cup mixed black and green olives

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or oregano), chopped


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest. Whisk gently until well-blended.
  2. Add marinated mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives to the bowl and gently fold together.
  3. Chop selected fresh herbs and mix them into the bowl.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving platter and garnish before serving.
