Description

Delightful no-bake dessert made with marshmallows, caramel, and crunchy cereal, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups Mini Marshmallows

1 cup Caramel Sauce

3 cups Crunchy Cereal (like Rice Krispies or Cornflakes)

1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work area by gathering all ingredients and utensils, including a large mixing bowl and baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the caramel sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until it becomes pourable. Let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mini marshmallows, crunchy cereal, and peanut butter. Pour in the melted caramel and stir well until everything is coated.
  4. Roll small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on the lined baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
  5. While the balls are warm, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes

Serve with extra caramel or chocolate drizzle for added flair. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
