Description

Delightful mini grilled cheese sandwiches shaped like hearts, perfect for kids and gatherings.


Ingredients

Bread (preferably white or whole wheat)

Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)

Butter

Seasoning (salt and pepper)


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean work surface. Unearth your heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  2. Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bread into heart shapes.
  3. Lay one heart-shaped piece of bread on a plate. Top with cheese, then place another bread heart on top.
  4. Spread an even layer of butter on one side of the sandwich.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  6. Place the buttered side of the sandwich down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the second side.
  8. Remove the sandwiches and allow to cool before cutting into heart shapes again if desired.
