Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease your mini bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter and dust it with flour.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and your chosen spices.
- In a larger mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared mini bundt pan, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
- Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow the bundt cakelets to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack.
- Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a simple glaze.
