1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Powdered sugar for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into heart-shaped silicone molds or muffin tin. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold in sliced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled crusts in the molds, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set properly.
