1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into heart-shaped silicone molds or muffin tin. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in sliced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled crusts in the molds, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set properly.
