1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp strawberry extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- One at a time, add the eggs and mix until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Divide the dough into three parts: leave one plain, add cocoa powder to one, and strawberry extract to the other.
- Roll out the dough portions into rectangles, layer and roll them for a swirl pattern, wrap in plastic and chill for 15 minutes.
- Slice the chilled dough into 1/2-inch rounds and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
