1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover tightly. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, then scoop and enjoy with optional toppings.
