Food Coloring (Pink)

Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot, shaking occasionally. Remove from heat when popping slows down.
- In a small bowl, combine pink food coloring with a teaspoon of water (or beet juice) to achieve desired hue.
- In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and a pinch of salt together.
- Pour the popped popcorn into a mixing bowl. Drizzle the pink coloring over it while adding the sugar and salt mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
- Melt butter and drizzle over the popcorn, mixing again to coat.
- Transfer to serving bowls or an airtight container and garnish as desired.
