- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (or coconut sugar for healthier alternative)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your donut pan with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix SunButter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, mash raspberries and mix in powdered sugar until smooth, adding water if too thick.
- Dip the cooled donuts into the raspberry glaze, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on the rack.
