Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Cream the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and coat in powdered sugar.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
