A creative twist on traditional cinnamon rolls, combining rich cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries for a delightful treat.
Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 packet active dry yeast
A pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Heat milk until warm and stir in butter until melted. Let cool, then add egg and vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the filling.
- Roll out the dough and spread cheesecake filling over it.
- Roll tightly and slice into 12 equal rolls.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve with strawberries.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
