Description

A creative twist on traditional cinnamon rolls, combining rich cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet active dry yeast

A pinch of salt

1 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Fresh strawberries


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat milk until warm and stir in butter until melted. Let cool, then add egg and vanilla.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.
  5. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the filling.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread cheesecake filling over it.
  7. Roll tightly and slice into 12 equal rolls.
  8. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
  11. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve with strawberries.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
