1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Press a small portion of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form crusts, then add a spoonful of cheesecake filling on top.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over each cheesecake layer and add chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
