Instructions
- Prepare the Tart Crust: Crush graham crackers in a food processor; combine with melted butter and press into tartlet pans. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Whip the Heavy Cream: Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Blend the Strawberries: Blend fresh strawberries and Greek yogurt until smooth; adjust sweetness as needed.
- Combine the Mixture: Gently fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
- Set the Mousse: Dissolve gelatin in warm water and mix into the mixture; chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
