Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and herbs. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, arranging the triangles in a circle to create a ring shape.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture into the center of the crescent ring, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  5. Fold each triangle of dough over the filling, tucking the point underneath to seal it.
  6. Whisk together the egg and a bit of water, then brush this mixture over the top of the crescent ring.
